Tlemcen is a city located at an altitude of 810 m, northwest of Algeria. Its centuries of rich history and culture have made the city a center of a unique blend of music and art. It is 20 mn from Messali Hadj airport and 1h 30 from Essenia airport in Oran (by highway).
